    Very comfortable soft and firm

    "Very comfortable soft and firm at the same time. Its not extra cool ,its average. Main downside was when I called w a question got a recording that told me to go online and then hung up. i tried the chat which was AI and when it couldn't answer it asked if I wanted to be connected to a person and I said yes. it never happened. I emailed and never got a response. In retrospect it was a stupid question, but no response on any platform is concerning"

I am told that it is fantastic by people who like firm mattresses and people who like soft ones. I will try it out very soon as I need to replace my king mattress with the same issues!"

    Very please after fist night

    "Love the Summit Hybrid mattress. You never know what you are going to get ordering something online and never having tested it, but was very pleased. The Summit Hybrid is just the right amount of firmness and provides very good back support without being too hard. The mattress boxes arrived in good condition. We allowed the mattresses to decompress for about 10 hours, but slept on them the first night just fine. The cooling feature is no gimmick, it really is cool to the touch. It almost feels like you are getting into a cool bed that does not warm up much. Leave the bed and come back a few minutes later it feels like the bed has not been slept in at all. We purchased the split king with adjustable base. The bases work very well and we love all the features. The base boxes arrived in pretty bad shape. I would not allow Fed Ex to deliver them. Their folks will not use a dolly and will drag it out of the truck and roll it across the lawn to get it to your front porch. One of the bases cover has a small hole, but not worth returning, we will just patch it. It almost looked like it was a return because some parts that were zip tied on the first one, were not on the second. A wheel had come off of it too, but luckily the toggle pin was still loose in the box and I was able to attach it back. The two bases came on different days, the first one that came was in much better shape that the second. UPS delivered the mattresses and the boxes looked brand new. . . Fed Ex did the bases. . . look like they had been through war."

    "I am SO impressed with this mattress. From the first night, it felt incredibly comfortable with the perfect balance of support and softness. What really sets it apart is the cooling feature—it actually works. I tend to sleep hot, and this mattress stays cool all night, helping me fall asleep faster and stay asleep without waking up overheated. I wake up feeling rested and pain-free, which hasn’t happened in a long time. There’s great motion isolation, so movement doesn’t disturb sleep, and the quality feels top-notch with no sagging at all. Setup was quick and easy. Hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made—highly recommend!"

    Too early to rate

    "Like many requests, it's too early to rate completely. We got the box, didn't realize it was going to be a mattress in a box but whatever. It was easier to set up than we thought once we realized what we had. We are replacing a $3k mattress that was not a boxed mattress progressing to not sure exactly what we have yet. Seemed much firmer than we thought, but that might settle in. In summary in just a few days, standard shipping through UPS was fine, we could remove and replace ourselves and we're in our 70's - with a large Cal King mattress. Ask me in a few months and it may go to 5 stars, or we will have replaced, time will tell."

    It was delivered intact in

    "It was delivered intact in a heavy duty cardboard box. All went normal during unpacking. Mattress expanded nicely. Absolutely NO odor or chemical smell. Installed on top of an adjustable base unit. The first night I was able to find that sweet spot of elevation of head and feet, then saved into memory on the remote. Can't say much yet on the cooling effects of the mattress because it's below zero outside and house is already cooler than normal. I did have the best night yet with my cpap though. I reduced my events per hour by 50% and that is major to me. So far I'm very satisfied with the purchase."

    I am a side sleeper

    "I am a side sleeper and have only been sleeping on this mattress for about a week and a bit disappointed because I spent considerable time doing research before purchasing this mattress. Edge support is very poor. Cooling not a problem or an issue. Comfort level is okay not excellent. I still experience pain when sleeping on one side of body. Sometimes movement causes coils to squeak and make noise. I will obviously give this mattress more time but not off to the start I was hoping for."
