Shipping policy
At Glacier Sleep, we prioritize delivering your new mattress quickly, securely, and free of charge. Below you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping policies and processes to ensure a seamless experience.
1. Shipping Regions
Glacier Sleep currently ships to all states within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international destinations at this time. However, we are constantly working to expand our service areas, so check back for future updates.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information for full visibility of your shipment's progress.
3. Shipping Carrier & Delivery Time
We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders via UPS Ground, ensuring that your products are delivered safely and securely. UPS Ground deliveries typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather conditions.
4. Expedited Shipping Options
At this time, Glacier Sleep does not offer expedited shipping options. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow your package every step of the way, from our warehouse to your doorstep, ensuring full visibility throughout the shipping process.
6. Signature Requirements
For your security, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you know you won’t be home at the time of delivery, please arrange for someone to be available to accept your package.
7. Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event that your package is delayed, damaged, or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@glaciersleep.com. We will work directly with UPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your purchase as quickly as possible.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
9. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
At this time, Glacier Sleep does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address during checkout to ensure a smooth delivery process.
