    Terrible Customer Service

    "I'm amazed at the terrible customer service. I ordered a mattress topper ($180) from Glacier Sleeping. My order was due for delivery on 6/21/26. It didn't arrive. I've called and left messages through the Glacier customer service phone numbers. I have not received a response. I sent an email to the Glacier email address but have not received a response. I tried t6heir AI chat feature but the initial response was not helpful. When I told the AI tool the response was not helpful, it told me I'd be connected to a human. After waiting 2 hours for the human response, there was no response. Try calling the customer service number and you'll receive only IVR answers without a clue about the order. It has been a while since I received terrible customer service. Glacier broke the record. I want to cancel the order but can't contact anyone. Do not order from this company. They owe me $180 and I think I'll need to contact the credit card company to file a dispute. If they don't have the inventory, don't advertise the product."

    "I'm giving the CarbonICE Topper a 3. 5 out of 5 stars. It's better than the others that I've tried, but still has some shortcomings. It's nice and cool when I go to bed at night, but by morning it's cooling qualities have diminished noticeably. It is definitely better than just sleeping on our mattress, but not as good as I had hoped for keeping me cool all night."

    "I bought this mattress topper hoping to make my son’s bed a little more cool and comfortable, but I didn’t tell him I’d added anything—I wanted to see if he’d notice. The next morning, he said, “I don’t know what you did to my mattress, but it’s freezing. ” The cooling effect is immediate and seriously noticeable, even to a tween who normally doesn’t pay attention to anything about his bedding. Aside from the cooling, the topper itself is plush and supportive. I felt we completely upgraded his old mattress without having to buy a new one."
